Amazing customer service, our Titan activity was cancelled due to snow and ice but we were given free breakfast and a free activity to do on the day and we could rebook within 12 months. Thanks Lee for our amazing experience.

We visited for the Zipmas event alongside the underground golf. We travelled on the worst day possible of the year being hit by a storm, the staff were so lovely when we got there and enthusiastic still. The cave was decorated lovely and the staff in character were brilliant. Once you've done the activities in the cave you come back up and there's some building you can go in to collect your present, decorate the slate bauble and to get your hot chocolate. There is a cafe on site too and a gift shop

Absolutely amazing experience! Myself, my husband and our 9 & 10 year old children loved it. not going to lie, it was scary in some bits and our 9 year old was nervous in some bits but he conquered each section, it makes it easier to take into consideration you’re very very safe, but it adds to the thrill of the experience. Would 100% recommend and definitely do it again! Our instructor was very knowledgeable and very encouraging of our children on the practice run. thanks again, that the 4th adventure knocked off our Zipworld list, can’t wait to keep adding to it.

We visited the cave golf attraction. Pre-booked tickets... The booking-in staff were rather miserable, should we say, no conversation or friendliness. I was given a £5 off the cafe voucher, which I didn't know was included. Upon visiting the cafe and making a purchase, I was told I needed to spend £15 or more to use the voucher. Would have been better to know this beforehand, and we would have bought drinks as a group... the staff in the cafe were so slow, taking 3 of them to make 5 drinks, luckily it wasn't busy. The staff just talked between themselves, completely ignoring the customers, whilst we waited for another member of staff (who didn't work in the cafe), come in, and make her own hot drink. I might add that the staff were very young in appearance, and this might have added to their lack of customer service skills. They didn't seem to have had any training whatsoever or very little, and it showed. Now, onto the actual golf experience. The safety briefing was taken outside in a noisy environment with other guests walking through the group. It was only then we were informed that we would be entering the cave by ascending steep slippery steps, not by the transport that was mentioned on the website. This kind of information needs to be expressed upon booking, I feel. The golf was fun, though.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zip World in Llechwedd, Wales, with my 15-year-old son, and it was an absolutely breathtaking experience! The whole adventure was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we could tell this was going to be something special. I was prepared for the adrenaline rush, as I've done a fire walk challenge before, and knew that it's all about trusting the process and convincing brain that your safe. A good level of overall fitness would give visitors a head start and of course a tolerance for heights. It was soo sad to see one member of our group having to pull out due to not being able to complete the training due to anxiety and fear of heights. The main part, the "Staircase to Heaven" zip wire, was a true challenge. Overcoming the fear of heights and trusting the harness, especially after completing the health and safety training, was a thrilling experience. The sense of accomplishment after soaring through the air was incredible, and the views of the stunning slate mine caves were like nothing we’d ever seen before. It felt surreal flying through the cave on the zip wire, knowing the area had a rich industrial history. The entire experience was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the excellent facilities. We were fortunate to get a parking spot right away, and the cafe served a good variety of tasty burgers. The only slight disappointment was that the camera attached to my helmet wasn’t turned on to record the experience, so we left without the footage to relive those moments. A little improvement there would be ideal! Unfortunately, the log cabins were fully booked, so we couldn’t stay overnight, which would have been a great addition to the experience. However, despite that, I’d highly recommend Zip World to anyone looking for an exhilarating adventure in Wales. It's an absolute must-do, especially for brave families looking to develop team spirit and create lasting memories!

Second time here in the caverns, they really are running a well oiled operation. Everyone is happy and enjoying work, good instructors and then you're left to it. In the main cavern, it does get a bit hairy for some, the via ferrata sections are now more amenable but still slightly slippery. Its very high in places, steep and tight in others. The zip lines are worked out well, but if you have bulk, you will be smashing into 3 of the platforms hard. Its fun, it's a little challenging in spots, not for those that scare easily or don't like heights. Quite pricey to be fair, if its a treat then it's worth it.

Went for the Santa's grotto. We were told to get there for a set time and then had to wait for 40 minutes before getting on the train, which is a long time to entertain a little one. Queued to get on the train, then get down there, queued to see Santa. We were done in 20 minutes. Queued to get back out, queued to get her little present, and then queued for hot chocolate. In all queued for longer than the activity. The Majotiry of staff were not very clear or helpful, and the signage was not clear for where anything was. For the price we paid I would not recommend it.

It was a windy an very wet day when we visited but the experience, especially for the grandchildren, was absolutely magical. All the beautiful christmas lights in the cave and Welsh Christmas carols being played made it thoroughly worthwhile. Meeting Santa was a bonus!
